Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Brewology Art Cafe.
We’re delighted to host you for artistic evenings, poetry nights, coffee catchups, and more. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our Reservation & Cancellation Policy before booking a table or event.

Reservation Policy

  • All reservations must be made through our official website: https://saheelpathan.com or by contacting us at brewologyartcafe@gmail.com.

  • Bookings are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • You’ll receive an email or SMS confirmation once your reservation is successfully made.

  • Please arrive on time. Reservations will be held for 15 minutes beyond your booked slot. After that, your table may be released to other guests.

Event Bookings

  • For poetry nights, open mic sessions, or art workshops, advance reservations are required.

  • A small booking deposit may be applicable for special events or premium sessions.

  • Your booking is confirmed only after payment (if required) and receiving an official confirmation email.

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Please follow these guidelines for cancellations:

  • Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the reservation time will be fully refundable (if a deposit was paid).

  • Cancellations made within 2 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

  • If you do not show up without notice (no-show), the booking amount (if any) will be non-refundable.

Modifications to Reservation

  • You may reschedule your reservation at no extra cost if done at least 12 hours in advance, subject to availability.

To modify a reservation, contact us via:

Late Arrivals

  • Your reservation will be held for 15 minutes.

  • If you’re running late, please inform us in advance to keep your table reserved.

  • After 15 minutes without notice, the table may be released.

Refunds (For Paid Events)

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Late arrivals or no-shows

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event

    • Special or promotional bookings

Group Bookings & Private Events

  • Group bookings (5 or more guests) may require an advance deposit.

  • Deposits are refundable only if cancellations are made 48 hours in advance.

  • Any no-shows in group bookings may lead to partial or full deduction of the deposit amount.
